A) Typically sometime between mid-afternoon and early-evening hours, U.S. Eastern Standard Time.

A) An icon which clearly states either "Online" or "Offline" can be found toward the right, just below the Categories listing in the sidebar.

Q) Can I send you a quick message when you are offline?
A) Yes. Clicking on the icon when it states "Offline" will take you to a simple form which you may submit to Mark Wygent for his examination later.

Q) How do I initiate an online session?
A) Simply clicking on the icon when it states "Online" will open a dialog voice for real-time communication.

Q) I seem to be connected, but nothing seems to be happening.
