For example, you may want us to fashion you an inverted drone reed, or you may want to purchase only a single tenor or bass drone reed of a specific style (this now being possible through our online store); or you may need a drone reed of a special length; or you may want to mix-and-match tenors from one style with a bass of a different style (also now possible here.) Whatever your request, simply use our <a href=\"contact.php\"><strong>contact form<\/strong><\/a> to send it to us, including as much detail as you think is required. No need to fill out billing information, but we will need at least your name and a valid email address in order to respond. We will let you know the feasibility of your request within 24-48 hours. Or just send us an email at <strong>wygent at wygent dot com<\/strong> (there is an email form on our <a href=\"contact.php\"><strong>Contact Us<\/strong><\/a> page, leave a message on our business phone, or send us a letter the old-fashioned way. Our response times are generally very good. <br \/><br \/> <strong>IMPORTANT CAVEAT<\/strong>: Immediate manufacturing and shipment of special requests will not always be possible, and is dependent upon current regular production schedules. However, if we are able to do what you want, we are committed to attempting to provide you with a shipment within a reasonable timeframe, details of which will be provided once we commit to completing your request.  <br \/><br \/> <strong>Please Note<\/strong>: We cannot break-up or sell previously-made, in-stock  drone reed sets piecemeal. The reason for this is that every set is serialized with a unique set of numbers, which are then either engraved or written upon each drone reed with a special pen, for an indelible identification. Completed sets are then packaged within a sealed plastic box or poly-bag for sale.
